Hi lovely people!

I’m Lara, the hand letterer and creator behind Lacewing Creative (previously Sweet Honeycomb).

Based in a corner of Sydney, I’m a self taught artist still figuring out how to learn and create, whilst mothering 2 crazy lil sidekicks.

Having done my Bachelor of Science years ago, it took me ages to have the epiphany that I’m a creative who loves science and the natural world and not a scientist who makes art.
