Advent Calendar FAQs

My Names of Jesus Advent Calendar is a 25-day Christian advent calendar for families, individuals and classrooms, designed to journey through the names of Christ in the lead-up to Christmas. If you're based in Australia or ordering internationally, here are the answers to the questions I hear most often.

Got a question that isn't covered here? Feel free to get in touch.

When will my order be shipped?
I aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. I'm based in Sydney, Australia, so all orders ship from here. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it along.

How long will delivery take?
Australian orders typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. International orders generally take 1 to 3 weeks, though this can vary by destination. I use tracked shipping so you'll always know where your parcel is.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order ships to a single address. If you'd like to send calendars to multiple people, simply place a separate order for each address at checkout.

When do I receive the daily Advent reflections?
The daily reflections are sent each day throughout December, starting December 1. They go to the email address you entered when you placed your order. If you've given the calendar as a gift, or would like the reflections sent to a different address, you can sign up separately on the Advent Reflections page.

Can I access all the Advent reflections at once?
Yes! Head to the Advent Reflections page, pop your email in, and I'll send you the downloadable resources straight away.

What size are the cards and what are they made from?
The cards are A7 size and printed on FSC-certified 400gsm card stock. They're made to be kept, not just used once.

Is the advent calendar suitable for children?
Yes, it's been designed with families in mind as well as individuals. The prompts and names of Jesus are accessible and make a lovely focus for family devotions throughout December.

Can I use the advent calendar in a classroom or church setting?
Absolutely. Many people order multiple copies for group use. Each calendar works independently so it's easy to use across a classroom, small group, or congregation.
