Thank you for shopping with Lacewing Creative! Please review the details below regarding how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within Australia only, using Australia Post.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping	2-8 business days
Express Shipping	1–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly around peak periods (e.g. Christmas, EOFY sales) or due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather events or Australia Post service disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We are happy to ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Lacewing Creative is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please reply to your order confirmation email so we can try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please reply to your order confirmation email so we can investigate with Australia Post and find a resolution.
