All items are processed and will be shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Please let me know if you need something by a particular date and I'll do everything possible to get it to you in time.

I use Australia Post unless otherwise stated, domestic orders usually take between 1-3 days to arrive at their destination for Metro areas. Please allow a few more days for regional areas.

If the unfortunate situation occurs where your package goes missing, then I will investigate it with Australia Post. All my parcels have a proof of posting receipt, but I do not use a tracking or signed-for service, due to the high costs in relation to the goods.

Prints are packaged in a rigid envelope to try my best to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items can get damaged during shipping. If this happens to your package, please provide a picture of the item and packaging showing the damage. This way I can take further action on the issue.

Please note, my quality standards are very high and I do my best to show the true colors of my artwork. Please allow some variation, particularly for prints of watercolour designs as monitors can display colors differently.
